This blend is based on a traditional Argentinian spice mix recipe and will add complex, authentic flavours to all kinds of grilled meats (steak, obviously, will taste delicious!), grilled fish and roasted vegetables.

Savoury & grassy with mellow heat and sweet outdoorsy aroma. We've mixed oregano at the base with thyme, a touch of ancho chilli and subtle hints of cassia, garlic and smoked salt.

- Use to make a delectable Argentinian BBQ rub for fire-grilled steaks, beef sausages or burgers, meatballs or kebabs. Pro-tip Add some home-made Chimichurri on the side for an authentic Guacho experience at home.
- Scatter over short ribs or pork flanks before grilling.

Also great as a marinade for white fish fillets or vegetables (carrots, parsnips or even cauliflower) before roasting or grilling, to add a bit of heat and grassy notes.
