This smoky blend will be right at home at summer BBQs but use it any time of year to add that lovely outdoorsy flavour to roasted or grilled foods. Perfect with beef as well as pork, lamb, poultry, fish or seafood.
This is a smoky, bold, earthy blend with citrusy sweet undertones that combines smoked paprika and woodsy sweet coriander with aromatic sweet notes of fennel, allspice and nutmeg and a hint of pungency from mustard seeds and orange peel.
- Rub on pork, beef, chicken, fish or seafood (mixed with olive oil, garlic and your favourite herbs) and marinate for a couple of hours (or overnight) before grilling.
- Get creative and sprinkle onto soups or stews for a warm, earthy southern touch.
- Mix a few teaspoons of Pit Master with some olive oil and drizzle over roasted vegetables before sliding into the oven, for oodles of flavour.
