Spicy pan seared salmon & garlicky broccolini

This is a quick and remarkably easy way to add some serious robust, natural flavour to a super healthy meal. our Mexican inspired BARBACOA blend imparts a lovely spicy touch with a chipotle chilli base, paprika, oregano and other spices, making the humble salmon taste absolutely divine. Yes, nutritious food doesn't have to suck! This dish will no doubt go into your weekly rotation and is very low effort. What's not to love. 

Summer kale salad

Finally a vegetarian salad as flavourful as it is healthy. It's filling as a meal on its own or great as a light side next to grilled meats or fish. Make this vegan if you wish by substituting the feta with tahini. Add a handful of pomegranate seeds or chopped seedless red grapes to make it even more summery. We've added LEMON MYRTLE SALT to the vinaigrette for a lemony salty crunch.

Roasted eggplant with spiced yoghurt & toasted nuts

An easy, sunny summer salad with bold flavours, bright colours and simple ingredients, this will make a delicious side to any grilled or roasted meats or fish or a colourful addition to your Christmas spread. The yoghurt is spiced with our Middle Eastern ADENI blend. Beautiful, simple and delicious! 

Israeli Salad

This is the best and easiest summer salad. The beauty is in its simplicity - tomato, cucumber, spring onions and capsicum, finely chopped, with lots of GALILEE ZA'ATAR, extra virgin olive oil and lemon juice. You can add chopped avocado, feta and olives to make it even more moorish.

 

Green shakshouka

If you like the classic "red" shakshouka, you'll love this green version even more (yes, we didn't think it was possible either but try this recipe and judge for yourself). This is a perfect combo of leeks, spinach, eggs, ZA'ATAR and feta that's filling, flavour loaded and delicious as an easy midweek dinner, weekend brunch or indulgent breakfast. Light and flavourful, it's the perfect summer meal. And nutritious too.   

Charred cherry tomatoes on yoghurt

An Ottolenghi recipe adapted and spiced with our Turkish inspired OTTOMAN spice blend. Delicious as a light summer lunch, dinner party starter or a refreshing mezze dish as part of a larger spread. Fresh crusty bread is a must to mop up the flavourful juices. Super easy to make, this dish bursts with so much flavour and colour you'll want to make it over and over again this summer.

FYI, we've found your go-to vegetarian winter soup. This earthy soup is warming, filling and loaded with flavour so it'll satisfy even sworn carnivores. Our Black Smoke spice blend lends this soup mellow heat and smoky flavours. 

Hearty eggplant & chickpea stew

This rustic eggplant and chickpea stew is flavourful, nutritious and dead easy to make. Delicious with couscous, rice or on its own. Add Galilee Za'atar for earthy herbal notes that bring out the vegetables' natural flavours.

Spicy roasted carrots
