Summer kale salad

Finally a vegetarian salad as flavourful as it is healthy. It's filling as a meal on its own or great as a light side next to grilled meats or fish. Make this vegan if you wish by substituting the feta with tahini. Add a handful of pomegranate seeds or chopped seedless red grapes to make it even more summery. We've added LEMON MYRTLE SALT to the vinaigrette for a lemony salty crunch.

Roast beef with pomegranates & grapes

This festive roast beef is packed with flavour thanks to great seasoning with our BLACK SMOKE spice blend and the lovely fruity, sticky sweet juices of grapes and pomegranates that turn into a gorgeous sauce during cooking. It's an easy one pan dish that's simple to pull together and will make a fabulous main for any special meal over the holidays or a cosy dinner party.

Ribs in honey apple BBQ sauce

These short ribs are slow cooked in spices, honey and apple juice resulting in a juicy, tender, crazy succulent dish with a sticky, delicious BBQ sauce. Pit Master spice blend is a great seasoning option here - it enhances the meat's and vegetables' natural flavours and lends it all a distinct Texan vibe and deep, smoky flavours.

Chicken in pomegranates sauce

An Israeli inspired dish (with Persian roots) that delivers LOTS of flavour and oomph with minimal effort. Simply spice the chicken with our North African TAGINE blend, add pomegranate juice and molasses and let the hob do the hard work for you. Great for your festive Christmas spread or a casual dinner party.

Israeli Salad

This is the best and easiest summer salad. The beauty is in its simplicity - tomato, cucumber, spring onions and capsicum, finely chopped, with lots of GALILEE ZA'ATAR, extra virgin olive oil and lemon juice. You can add chopped avocado, feta and olives to make it even more moorish.

Green shakshouka

If you like the classic "red" shakshouka, you'll love this green version even more (yes, we didn't think it was possible either but try this recipe and judge for yourself). This is a perfect combo of leeks, spinach, eggs, ZA'ATAR and feta that's filling, flavour loaded and delicious as an easy midweek dinner, weekend brunch or indulgent breakfast. Light and flavourful, it's the perfect summer meal. And nutritious too.

Charred cherry tomatoes on yoghurt

An Ottolenghi recipe adapted and spiced with our Turkish inspired OTTOMAN spice blend. Delicious as a light summer lunch, dinner party starter or a refreshing mezze dish as part of a larger spread. Fresh crusty bread is a must to mop up the flavourful juices. Super easy to make, this dish bursts with so much flavour and colour you'll want to make it over and over again this summer.

Easy grilled lamb cutlets

Lamb cutlets are so easy to grill and so flavourful. These are spiced with our Turkish-inspired Ottoman spice blend for subtle spicy flavour and finished with a sprinkle of Smoked Merlot Salt. Delicious with any side - great with humous, tahini, fresh green salad or chips. Satisfaction guaranteed!

Hearty eggplant & chickpea stew

This rustic eggplant and chickpea stew is flavourful, nutritious and dead easy to make. Delicious with couscous, rice or on its own. Add Galilee Za'atar for earthy herbal notes that bring out the vegetables' natural flavours.
