• Fez  - inspired by North African spice markets and Moroccan cuisine, this is an earthy blend with a mildly spicy character and sweet notes that adds warm, earthy notes to soups, stews, couscous and rice. Especially great with lamb. 

• Black Smoke -  our signature BBQ blend that's great for marinades or dry rubs. Whether you're roasting, grilling or making soups and stews this is going to be a family favourite and rocket your food to new levels. Inspired by the American Deep South, it adds bold, smoky flavours of paprika, smoked salt, coriander, cloves and ancho chilli. Great with beef, pork or chicken.

• Galilee Za'atar - an aromatic, herbal, slightly lemony mix that will enliven your food with its mix of wild thyme, sumac, marjoram and toasted sesame seeds.  A classic middle eastern blend that goes with pretty much anything. Great with chicken & lamb.

• Smoked Chilli Salt  - made of pure Australian salt, hand harvested, smoked and mixed with bird's eye chilli. This will be your go-to salt anytime you feel like adding a bit of a kick and brightness. Versatile and addictive. Great with soups, stews, steaks or pasta.
